T54 is a building with a rational load-bearing structure based on precast reinforced concrete elements, ensuring durability, longevity, and structural clarity.

Located in the centre of Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, the building plays an important role in the urban fabric by completing the city block. It closes the street frontage and contributes to a compact and cohesive urban environment. The balconies, which extend toward the corner of the block, further emphasize this block-like structure.

The building’s volume and proportions are in harmony with the surrounding context, while its architectural language is contemporary and designed to stand the test of time.
