The main idea of the proposal is to create a living environment that is as safe and close to nature as possible. In order to achieve this, the planned area is divided into four blocks with three distribution streets. Since the parking is concentrated along the streets, the environment between the roads remains completely at the disposal of the buildings and green areas creating a "houses in the park" system.

The proposal includes two types of apartment buildings: type 1 is stick-house and type 2 is square-house. Both house types contain four 2-room, two 3-room, and two 4-room apartments. The buildings are located alternately by type and are staggered to ensure the best possible views from the apartments and balconies.
